The value chain is based on the concept that the company must create value in the products and services it offers its customers, so the question arises as to what this value is or refers to.A fundamental concept of Porter's theory is margin. Margin is the value that the company's products and services have from the customer's point of view, minus costs.

Make a value chain of a REAL business to analyze what are your weaknesses of that company.
