TOPIC: E-Business Strategies.

OBJECTIVE: Analyze techniques and strategies to improve a business design.

Businesses that do not grow run the risk of stagnation and the same is true in the virtual marketplace. An e-business growth strategy may include taking advantage of new advertising opportunities to focus on a larger audience for your product, or creating an affiliate advertising program for your product or service.
The New Principles include online business applications such as creating an employee directory or posting job benefit information on the company's internal website so that employees can easily access such data.
Rational Experimentation refers to strategies such as those sought by pharmaceutical companies to provide information and literature on their products to physicians and insurance companies.
Innovative Strategies are strategies such as those used by e-businesses, such as auction sites, that enable the purchase and sale of goods online.
Operational Excellence includes strategies pursued by companies such as those selling custom computers online, using the Internet to sell computers directly to customers, and efficiently purchasing materials and components from suppliers.

RESULTS

As a result of the class, strategies to improve e-business were learned, including the SWOT analysis, this tool is of vital importance for decision making.

We learned the use of two very interesting. These apps allow us to create platforms to keep our groups of potential clients informed of all our offers and promotions, where they can express their concerns and at the same time be able to help them immediately.
