Psychology of the consumer

Types of motivation
Intrinsic motivation:
It is centred on the individual and refers to carrying out a behaviour because it is interesting, pleasant or pleasant for the person.
The activity is performed for inherent satisfaction rather than external pressures or rewards.

Extrinsic motivation:
It is a type of transitory motivation that refers to the energy that appears to carry out a certain behavior with the aim of obtaining some external benefit, although this activity is not experienced as intrinsically interesting.

Result

Consumer needs are not as easily defined as marketing critics often assume. From a car to a blender, any object can be analyzed from many points of view.
